Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 21, 2026.

1. INTRODUCTION

One Thum Software, LLC ("One Thum," "we," "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information across our mobile applications (each, an "App"). Not every App uses every practice described below — see Section 2.3 for how a given App's specific data practices may differ, and check that App's own store listing (App Store "App Privacy" / Google Play "Data safety" section) for the practices that apply to it specifically.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Personal Information

Depending on the App, we may collect personal information you provide directly, including:

  • Name and email address (when you provide it voluntarily, such as to create an account)
  • Account information and credentials
  • App preferences and settings
  • User-defined favorites, saved items, and similar usage data
  • The content of messages, prompts, or conversations you submit to an App, where submitting that content is the App's core function (for example, an AI chat or writing assistant) — see Section 2.3 and Section 4.2
  • Feedback and communications you send to our support team

2.2 Usage, Analytics, and Crash Data

Some Apps use analytics and crash-reporting tools to help us understand how the App is performing and to find and fix bugs. Where used, this may include:

  • Device and app information (device model, operating system version, app version)
  • Crash reports and diagnostic logs
  • In-app usage patterns, such as which screens or features you use and how often
  • Network information (e.g., connection type)

Where an App uses these tools, some of this information may be linked to your account (for example, your name or email address), so we can understand issues affecting a specific user when you contact support. Not every App, and not every platform version of an App (iOS vs. Android), uses the same analytics or crash-reporting tools, or any at all — check that App's store listing for what applies to it.

We use our own analytics and crash-reporting infrastructure for this purpose across most of our Apps, rather than sharing this data with an outside analytics company. See Section 4.2 for the limited cases where we do use outside service providers.

2.3 Data Specific to App Functionality

Beyond the general categories above, an individual App may collect data specific to what it does. Examples across our portfolio include: currency preferences and conversion history in currency-conversion apps; workout, fitness, or health-adjacent data in fitness apps; and the messages, prompts, attachments (such as photos or documents), and generated responses you exchange with an AI chat or assistant App, which are necessarily processed to provide that App's core function.

2.4 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect financial account details such as bank account or full payment card numbers — purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and we receive only a purchase confirmation, not your payment details (see Section 4.2). We do not collect precise location data unless a specific App feature requires it and you have enabled that feature.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

3.1 Personal Information

We use personal information to create and manage your account, provide and personalize the App's features, respond to support requests, and communicate with you about the App. Where an App's core function is to generate a response to content you submit (such as an AI-generated reply, image, or suggestion), we use that content solely to generate and deliver that response.

3.2 Usage and Analytics Data

Where collected (Section 2.2), we use this information to improve App performance and reliability, troubleshoot and fix issues, understand usage trends so we can improve existing features and build new ones, help secure our Apps and accounts, and meet legal requirements.

4. INFORMATION SHARING

4.1 We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4.2 Third-Party and Service-Provider Sharing

Depending on the App, we work with the following categories of service providers, each bound by their own privacy practices and, where applicable, a contract limiting their use of your information to providing the service to us:

  • AI model providers. Apps that let you interact with an AI chatbot or assistant send the content you submit — your messages, prompts, and any attachments — to the third-party AI provider(s) that App uses, in order to generate a response. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or other confidential information you would not want processed by a third-party AI system. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate.
  • Payment processing. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we and our billing partners receive confirmation that a purchase was made, not your payment card or bank details.
  • Data providers. Some Apps use third-party data providers for App-specific functionality (for example, currency exchange rates).
  • Other service providers. We may also work with providers who help us operate our business (for example, cloud hosting, customer support tooling), under confidentiality obligations.

4.3 Limited Additional Sharing

We may also share information: with your consent; when required by law or legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of One Thum, our users, or others; with our affiliates; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

5. DATA SECURITY

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some Apps let you control how long certain data — such as conversation or chat history — is kept, through settings within that App. You may request deletion of your data at any time (Section 7).

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Apps are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some Apps carry a higher minimum age or content rating on the App Store or Google Play (for example, Apps whose AI features may generate mature or unfiltered content) — that App-specific rating applies in addition to, and may be stricter than, the baseline age in this policy. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. INTERNATIONAL USERS

If you use our Apps from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country.

10. YOUR STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS (U.S.)

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of certain uses of your information. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in our Apps or on our website, and where required, notify you by email. Your continued use of an App after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. CONTACT US

If you have questions about this policy or wish to exercise your rights, contact us at contact@onethum.com.
